I am reminded this morning that it is time to "go back to school." The school of self re-creation. Where I am both the teacher and the student, where I have the honor of being the artist and the art. Have you been feeling lately like the things that used to work for you aren't anymore, that your world is getting shaken up and stirred, that you are facing parts of you that you don't really work anymore but that you are still plodding along in your old ways? Well, I feel this way and I don't think I am alone, so this is my reminder to me and you that our vision can change and our world around us will change too. Our brain creates our world and our brain is so changeable, that is enough to inspire hope and passion for change. So, sit down, and get very specific about what habits you want to break, get it down on paper or computer. Now write down all the thoughts you have that keep you in the current habits, this way you will recognize them when they come up. It's a gorgeous step towards loving yourself. But thinking it isn't enough to make the change. You must make steps, even the smallest ones, this is intention. These steps will send messages to the spaces inside you (we are mostly space) and these spaces will begin to vibrate differently, causing your neural connections to change, in turn your brain will send different hormones to your body, causing your cells to change, and they will begin to seek these new hormone imprints. This will in turn shift your energy meridians and luminous field or magnetic feld: what you look through will be new, and therefore what you attract will be different. Pay attention to synchronistic moments to tell you that you are on the right path. Walking in Dharma is much more satisfying! Good luck my love, you are a powerhouse of potential. Live up to it, you ARE the GIFT!
